Austria in some states. Australia seems to have it. Chile used to have it.

In Minnesota you can register at the polls which I know has historically resulted in excellent turnout too, maybe 2nd to Oregon.

 @Snug_Lee  @christopher_m But yeah, generally in Europe (safe for 1 or 2 countries way east) voting material and procedure is standardized, the polling places don't change, the districts don't change, results are quickly out, and politicians accept them without raising a stink.

 @Snug_Lee  @christopher_m Germany is not a perfect example though. The supreme court recently declared the national election law illegal, and the parliament had to scramble to write a new one in time for next year's election :-)
