On a non-Blazer related note, gave my job notice today. Have a ironclad offer to join a ex-coworkers practice, and a friend at a smaller firm who I initially hit up for advice ended up getting their managing partner on the phone with me for a impromptu interview last week. Current job was okay, but I needed a change of scenery/something I wanted to do long term, and both these would fit.

@TiMB Thanks, that drew more quick likes that news of a Wes Matthews trade :) I've been at a big firm for a few years, made good money, and met some great people, but it can get downright soul crushing. Also, my girlfriend has been pretty awesome, either one of these new gigs will be a pay cut (but both have upside), but she has been all about me doing something I like rather than chasing a check that may or may not have lasted (as far as making partner and the such)
