Powerful episode of The Office this past week, which gives me hope for an all-time great series finale at the end of this season.
@AK1984 I think I've seen every episode through season 4, and then like a grand total of 2 or 3 since then.
It'd be pretty ballsy if The Office would have the nuts to end the series like The Wonder Years on 'roids, with Jim and Pam splitting up like Kevin and Winnie did at the end.
Can't see the writers going that direction, though, as they'll most likely just tease a split -- as well as even maybe pull the trigger on a short separation -- but will keep them together in a relationship stronger than ever when the final credits roll.
Also, I swear that Toby better be revealed as "The Scranton Strangler" by series end. If not, that'd be a lot of intense build-up for no sweet payoff.

@jakesnake99 I think that episode is where Freaks & Geeks hit its peak and, more importantly, there were no low points during the whole 45 minutes. That's near impossible to accomplish for any TV show.
For Undeclared, I can't say that there is such an episode. Truth or Dare comes the closest, though.
@AK1984 that was an excellent episode, but I don't see it as head and shoulders above the others the way you do.
@jakesnake99 Franco's reaction to Rogen calling himself Pete Townsend is probably the most subtly funny part of that exchange, too.

@Norsktroll @jakesnake99 In ER's later years, it always threw me for a loop when her or Maura Tierney were on. I felt like I should be watching Freaks & Geeks or NewsRadio.

@Norsktroll They were tired, Batum took 5 shots in 34 minutes, which is old Batum behavior.
@skywaker9 (David) Without CP3 (and Billups), not a lot if we'd execute the game plan without bad turnovers and defensive lapses.
At Deadspin, one of the commenters had this gem about the Pro Bowl: "Anyone know if this game is being aired in Japan? I just don't want to give them motive to do anything rash."
Truth be told, the Pro Bowl should be canceled. Just have All-Pro teams and do a skills competition in Hawaii the week between the conference title games and the Super Bowl.
