@TheTinfoil @jerod probably doesn't mean much for this portland team because they are still relatively unlikely to make the playoffs. but for teams that need to play well in may it's pretty important.
@TheTinfoil probably for players who are after their third year but 26 or younger will see pretty minimal loss of performance though, durant and westbrook have been playing nutso minutes for a few years with no real dropoff for example.
@TheTinfoil more particularly I think Aldridge was below his best in the Dallas series due to fatigue, same with Deng in the Chicago-Philly series and Kobe last year.
@christopher_m that's really interesting. it's bad science, like you said, but the correlations can't be denied.
